How To Reserve Your Week:
  1. Call Rich or Janice Trusky at 919-967-9139 or email beachbreakobx@gmail.com with the dates you are interested in .
  2. We will verify availability, answer any questions you have and send a Rental Agreement by email or fax. Or Download it here. [HTML Version] [PDF Version]
  3. Send the Rental Agreement, copy of your drivers license and a check for 1/2 the total plus a $300 security deposit to:
    • Rich Trusky
    • 314 Hogan Woods Circle
    • Chapel Hill, NC 27516
  4. Send the remaining 1/2 of the rent so that it arrives at least 30 days prior to checkin.
  5. Once we recieve the final amount we will mail you a Welcome Package with keys.
  6. At checkout, simply place the keys in the pre-paid return envelope and mail them back.

Linens are included in season (June - September.) Linens and beach equipment can be rented from Ocean Atlantic Rentals, a few blocks away from the house. They will deliver to the house.

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY – NO HOUSE PARTIES:
Beach Break Beach House is rented to family groups only.  The Primary Tenant must be at least 28 years old. NO SORORITIES, FRATERNITIES, GRADUATION GROUPS, CHAPERONED OR UNCHAPERONED GROUPS.  Maximum Occupancy is 12, no excpetions. If a group misrepresents itself as a family, we reserve the right to refuse occupancy or have the premises vacated.  All fees paid by said group would be forfeited.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-In Time is 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Check-Out Time is 10:00 am.
